Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at THC Tincture Store. We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.

1. Returns

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customer-service@thctinture.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

2. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customer-service@thctinture.com with your order number and details about the product issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., opened tincture bottles), personalized items, and gift cards.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at customer-service@thctinture.com with your order number and details about the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Effective Date
